Welcome to Feel Good Home Co.
A better-feeling home can start with 10 minutes.
Your home affects how you feel, think and move through everyday life. Feel Good Home brings together interior design, wellbeing and practical home systems to help you create a space that feels calmer, easier and more supportive, without perfection, expensive overhauls or doing everything at once.
Sound familiar?
Sometimes the problem isn't you. It's the way your home is working.
The invisible mental load is real, and your environment is a huge part of it. If any of these feel a little too familiar, you are in exactly the right place.
Small frustrations build up: clutter without a home, rooms that don't quite work, routines that are difficult to maintain and spaces that no longer suit your life. Feel Good Home helps you notice those friction points and make realistic changes that make everyday life feel easier.
I just cannot relax in my own home.
I am constantly tidying but nothing ever stays organised.
I want a beautiful home but real life gets in the way.
I do not even know where to start.
My home drains me instead of supporting me.
I feel guilty that I cannot keep on top of it all.

Hi, I'm Katie, interior designer and founder of Feel Good Home.
After years of working inside real homes, I've learned that the spaces that look best aren't always the ones that feel best to live in.
Often, the things that make the biggest difference are much less glamorous: where things live, how a room flows, what you see when you walk through the door, the routines your home makes easier or harder, and how the space makes you feel.
Feel Good Home brings together my experience in interior design with everything I've learned about wellbeing, organisation and creating healthier, more supportive homes.
This isn't about creating a perfect home. It's about creating one that supports your real life.

Small changes. Real-life difference.
I did not realise how much my home was affecting my mood until I did the Check-In. The results were so specific, it did not feel generic at all. I finally had clarity on what was actually going on.
The small changes suggested were worth it on their own. I did them in an afternoon and genuinely felt calmer walking into that room. Such a small change, such a big difference.
I have been feeling guilty about my house for years. This made me feel understood instead of judged and actually gave me a place to start. Organisation finally feels manageable instead of overwhelming.
You don't need to change your whole home to change how it feels.
Start by understanding what is creating friction, what your home needs from you and the small changes that could make everyday life easier.
